Thank you for shopping with FREETERNITY.

Because our products are produced in limited quantities and often sold as preorders, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our preorder and limited-edition drops:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Incorrect size chosen by the customer
Preorder items
Limited-release products
Items worn, washed, or altered
Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item + packaging
A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will:

Replace the item if available, or
Issue store credit if the item is sold out

Refunds are given only if a replacement is not possible.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, especially preorder items.

Production begins immediately to maintain fast turnaround times.

If an emergency situation occurs, contact us ASAP and we will see if anything can be done — but cancellations are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Delays caused by the carrier
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If an address was entered incorrectly, we cannot reroute packages once shipped.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding missing or delayed shipments.
